Our End of Tenancy Deep Clean will be carried out by one or two of our professional Eco team members who pride themselves in leaving your property pristine and ready for your next tenant. All our products are non toxic to children and pets so you can be assured that you are making a great choice by using Windmill Eco Cleaning Services and you are also making a responsible environmentally thoughtful choice too. Extensive cleaning of all rooms: This includes dusting and wiping all surfaces, removing cobwebs, cleaning baseboards, door frames, and window frames. Cleaning of hard-to-reach areas: This involves cleaning ledges, windowsills, light fixtures, and areas above cabinets and cupboards. Kitchen deep cleaning: This includes cleaning the oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as descaling sinks and faucets. Bathroom deep cleaning: This involves scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and tiles, including grout cleaning. Cleaning of floors: This includes vacuuming and mopping all floors, including under furniture. Cleaning of windows and window coverings: This includes cleaning blinds, curtains, and drapes. Furniture cleaning: This includes vacuuming upholstery, dusting furniture, and moving furniture to clean underneath and behind. Appliance cleaning: This includes cleaning the exterior and interior of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves. Disinfection of those often touched areas: This includes ight switches, doorknobs, and other frequently touched surfaces. Other tasks: This may include cleaning ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents, and cleaning bins. Surface clean carpets to freshen them up. Carpet deep cleaning is available at an additional cost. NB: The variations on the prices are dependent on size of the property. We do Caravans too!
